You asked for it, and here it is. Here’s a sample menu you can feel proud to serve your friends and family. Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin You’ll need: 4-5 pounds rolled pork loin roast 1 tsp. salt 8 ounces whole cranberry sauce ¾ cup bottled barbecue sauce ¾ cup pineapple juice 1 TB.
