My Husband and I really enjoy going to dinner and trying various appetizers. In our quest to taste a variety of good food we discovered that we both love artichokes. Frequently restaurants will serve a creamy dipping sauce for the artichokes. I grew up dipping the steamed leaves in melted butter. It was ok but did not leave me salivating for more.
