Cream Cheese Delights
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons ketchup
Loaf white or wheat bread, crust removed
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cream cheese and ketchup, blending well. Add softened cream cheese, mixing well. Then add the ketchup, again mixing well. Spread the mixture on the bread, cutting into quarters.
