I love Mexican food. What I like most about Mexican food is dipping tortilla chips into all kinds of different sauces. A friend sent me a link to a list of weird beauty tips from Cosmopolitan magazine. Some of these I’ve heard before, some of them I haven’t. Here are a few of my favorites! Fusion cooking is a culinary technique that combines regional and ethnic techniques and ingredients in order to create new and innovative tastes. Tex Mex, Shish Kabobs, and California Rolls are all examples of fusion cooking. I have to be honest and say I’m not (or rather I wasn’t) sure what all the fuss is about. Tamale Pie

I love Mexican food and this recipe for tamale pie is sensational. My husband went out with his best friend tonight, but tomorrow night, he is getting this for dinner! For this recipe, you will need yellow corn meal, garlic spread (crushed garlic can be used as well), one pound of ground beef, one medium onion, a can of whole kernel corn, shredded cheddar cheese, olive oil, one can of black whole olives, chili powder, and two cans of tomato sauce.
