A Month in Review

I know, I know. I’m supposed to do a week in review every week. That’s the whole point. But I got super busy (especially on weekends when I usually write the week in review) and missed it. Food for Thought: Locavores and the Slow Food Movement

Up until rather recently, I didn’t realize that there was a whole philosophical movement behind eating food. Eating food is political whereas I once thought it was just a matter of finding the best deal. I used to go to the grocery store, buy what my family needed to eat, and voila–it was a done deal.
