Garlic Lamb Chops This will make your kitchen smell heavenly!

INGREDIENTS: 6 cloves garlic, finely minced 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 whole lemon, juiced 2 tbs fresh rosemary, crushed 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 8 medium lamb chops

DIRECTIONS: 1. Pre-heat broiler. 2. In a small bowl combine garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well. 3. Coat lamb chops well with oil mixture. Shake excess oil off chops and place on a broiling pan. 4. Broil 3 inches to 4 inches from heat. 5. Broil 11 to 15 minutes, turning over once. 6. Remove from broiler and let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.

Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Serves: 6
