Icy Papaya Soup
3 papayas, peeled and seeded
1/4 cup limejuice
1/4 cup honey
2 1/4 cups orange juice
1 cup chilled champagne
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into sixths
6 fresh strawberries
Place papayas, limejuice, honey, and orange juice in a blender, blending until smooth. Pour puree in a large bowl and chill. When ready to serve, add champagne, stirring to blend. Pour into chilled glasses or bowls, topping each with kiwi and strawberries.
