Jambalaya Good for using up leftover meats. Just chop finely and toss in!

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 1 tbs dried onion flakes 1 tbs dried green chilli pepper flakes 1 tbs dried parsley flakes 2 tsp beef bouillon granules 1 tsp snipped dried chives 1 tsp dried celery flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp ground red pepper 2 cups water 8 oz tomato sauce 1 lb smoked sausage 1 cup chopped chicken

DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine the rice mix with 2 cups of water and 1 can tomato sauce in a dutch oven. 2. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. 3. Stir in 1 lb sliced smoked sausage and 1 cup chopped chicken. 4. Heat through.

Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 40 minutes Serves: 6
