Kid Friendly Meatless Dinners

My children don’t like meat, unless it’s frozen chicken nuggets. So I’ve had to develop a variety of meatless, protein rich meals, although my husband and I usually add meat to ours. My Child Hates Meat!

Many children do not like meat, mine included. But there are a lot of other protein sources that are kid friendly. Providing your child with alternate sources of protein will ensure that they have the protein they need for their growing bodies. The Recommended Dietary Allowances for protein are based on body weight and age, according to nutritionists at the USDA/ARS Children’s Nutrition Research Center at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
