Deliciously Nutritious Strawberries 'n Cream Pudding Pops This recipe has the added advantage of sneaking in good-for-you strawberries. You will need: 1 pint strawberries 2 cups low fat milk 1 box of instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding Directions: Puree strawberries until they are smooth. In a medium bowl, prepare pudding according to package directions. Add the strawberry puree and swirl. Pour into pudding pop molds and freeze overnight. To remove pudding pops from the mold, run under cool or tepid water for about 30 seconds. The pudding pops should slide right out.
