Mint Chocolate Crunchers A perfect addition to your holiday dessert tray.

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tbs light corn syrup 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped peppermint candy 1 cup chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS: 1. In a saucepan combine evaporated milk, sugar, and light corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat. 2. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Cool for 10 minutes, then stir in chopped peppermint candy and chopped nuts. 3. Drop by sponnfuls onto wax paper. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 30 minutes Serves: 12
