Three Easy Microwavable Lunches

In previous posts I've written about Three Easy Lunches and Three More Easy Lunches which contain ideas for simple yet yummy lunches. Well, here are three more easy lunches that you can microwave. They all stay in the freezer until you need them.

Lunch #1: Boca Burgers If you're an American, you probably for sure love a good burger. Burgers are great, but how about substituting a soy Boca burger instead of a meat patty? One Boca burger takes only a minute in the microwave to be ready to go on a bun or even without one. And it has a pretty decent taste, too.

Not only are regular Boca Burgers good, but also Boca Chik'n Patties. Boca Chik'n Patties have a really good taste to them. They taste just like chicken to me, and with some pickles and mayo on a whole wheat bun, I'm ready to pretend that I'm at Chick-fil-A. You should give these meatless Chik'n Patties a try!

Lunch #2: Lean Pockets® Ultra A type of Hot Pocket®, Lean Pockets® Ultra are just as easy to microwave and chow down as any Hot Pockets®. But Lean Pockets® Ultra are made with whole grains. Lunch #3: Frozen Bean Burritos In my local supermarket, I can purchase good-sized frozen bean burritos for about 33 cents each (not on sale). These burritos are quite good, and cook up in the microwave in minutes. These are so easy to whip out of the freezer for a last-minute lunch, and if I desire to add sour cream, salsa, or melted cheese to the burrito, I can easily do that.

Next time you're in the freezer aisle of the supermarket, just grab one of these microwavable products for an easy lunch!
