These coffee variations are soothing, comforting, and perfect for a get-together or a cozy night at home.

And if you're looking for a gift to give someone, make sure you read the coffee blends at the bottom of the blog. You can combine the ingredients and store them in airtight containers for several months. So go ahead, package some up and give them away as gifts-you'll make new friends in no time!

Iced Spice Coffee

6 cups strained coffee

24 whole cloves

1 (5 inch) stick of cinnamon

¾ cup heavy cream, whipped and sweetened

Add spices to the coffee and boil for 5 minutes. Strain. Add sugar and chill. Serve in glasses filled with crushed ice and top with whipped cream, dusted with powdered cinnamon. You can add fresh cinnamon sticks to the glasses for visual appeal if you'd like.

Frosted Coffee

6 cups cold, strained coffee

¾ pint vanilla ice cream

Serve this delicious treat on a tray with the coffee in a pitcher, glasses and a shaker, and ice cream in a bowl. To serve it, put two heaping teaspoons of ice cream into the shaker and add a cup of coffee. Shake until the cream is dissolved, pour and serve. Each guest should be served separately with this drink, because the consistency is not the same if you try to make a large batch.

Vienna Blend Coffee

½ cup instant coffee granules

2/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, making sure to stop the blender once to scrape down the sides. For each serving, spoon 2 Tablespoons of the coffee blend into an 8-ounce cup of boiling water.

Orange Blend Coffee:

½ cup instant coffee granules

¾ cup sugar

1 cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer

½ tsp. dried orange peel

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, making sure to stop the blender once to scrape down the sides. For each serving, spoon 2 Tablespoons of the coffee blend into an 8-ounce cup of boiling water.

Mocha Blend Coffee:

½ cup instant coffee granules

¾ cup sugar

1 cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer

2 TB. Cocoa

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, making sure to stop the blender once to scrape down the sides. For each serving, spoon 2 Tablespoons of the coffee blend into an 8-ounce cup of boiling water.
